SONKYO ENERGY HAS GOT THE CERTIFICATION FOR ITS WIND TURBINES “WINDSPOT” IN DENMARK
The Ministry of Energy in Denmark has issued a safety and performance certification for the small wind turbines “Windspot”.
The Sustainable Energy National Laboratory of Denmark, responsible for conducting the tests on wind turbines sold in the country, has successfully tested WINDSPOT turbine installed in the Danish town of Tolstrupvej in the Aagaard´s family home
THE TEST SHOWS THE ROBUSTNESS AND RELIABILITY OF WINDSPOT
Our small wind turbine has been subjected to various tests of strength, exerting traction on the wind mill tower, proving successful endurance and strength. It also has been tested for resistance in the blades, verifying and certifying their strength.
The test included the verification of the power curve of the Windspot small wind turbine, demonstrating its high performance and the reliability of the variable pitch system.
Denmark is a very demanding country when it comes to issue the certifications in the field of wind energy and not many companies have achieved certification in the field of small wind.
A NEW CERTIFICATION FOR OUR SMALL WIND TURBINE
WINDSPOT wind turbines have already been given certification also in France and are currently working to get the certification in countries like USA, UK, Germany and Austria. In addition, Sonkyo Energy is certified with ISO 9001:2008 for "Design and Manufacture of Small Wind Turbines", awarded by LRQA., international certification body subsidiary of the company Lloyd's Registers.
DENMARK, A WIND POWER
Denmark is a truly global wind power, with more than three decades of experience in the production of renewable energy from wind.
It is the first European country to develop wind power and has the largest wind farms in the world
The Danes are generating about 20% of its electricity from wind power, a figure they want to raise to 50% by the year 2025.
